Who We Are
About Pygmalion Foundation
At Pygmalion Foundation, our focus is on unlocking human potential by creating structured opportunities and real-world exposure. Through our work across education, skilling and livelihoods, we help individuals move forward with clarity, confidence and purpose.
Backed by leading organisations such as DBH Investment Capital India Pvt. Ltd., Greaves Cotton Limited, Premium Transmission Limited and EICL Limited, we bring together institutional strength and a long-term commitment to social development. While rooted in this foundation, we operate independently with a clear emphasis on accountability and meaningful outcomes.
What shapes our approach is the belief in the Pygmalion Effect, when individuals are given the right expectations, environment and support, they rise to their potential. This idea guides how we design every initiative, practical, relevant and focused on sustained progress.
Across our programs, the goal remains consistent: to enable individuals to take meaningful steps forward. Whether it’s entering the workforce, building financial independence or accessing new opportunities, each step reflects a shift in direction and possibility. Ultimately, our work goes beyond execution.
We are building systems that make progress possible, structured, scalable and designed to create lasting impact.
